I just love spicy, tangy and fulfilling pav bhaji. I always prefer pav bhaji whether I am in hotel or at pav bhaji Gaadi on road….. Eating pav bhaji is healthier off course than pizza or burger (eating cheese or paneer is not good for health at all). Pav bhaji is not just rich or‘status symbolic’ food but poor can also afford eating it, I think pav bhaji has this great importance. The origin of this dish is traced to the heyday of the textile mills in Mumbai.But what so ever I want to really salute those persons who invented this tremendous dish.
My mom also prepares delicious Pav bhaji.

This article looks really interesting. Honestly, I am missing pav bhaji so much. And, that is because I live in the United Kingdom. Looking at the picture my mouth started watering. Also, I could not stop myself from commenting on this article.
